CAMBRIDGE, MA—Jeffrey Eckman has resigned as an officer and director of The UpTurn, Inc. (UPTR), effective July 6, 2009. Richard O. Weed is succeeding Mr. Eckman as the Company’s sole officer and director, and will be the point of contact for information pertaining to The UpTurn, Inc., effective July 6, 2009.
